Menopause is something we need to talk about more. It impacts all women at some point in their lives. We help women, their husbands, their partners, and their employers navigate the "change" together.

ABOUT US

"So many women I've talked to see menopause as an ending. But I've discovered this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else. It's your opportunity to get clear about what matters to you and then to pursue that with all of your energy, time, and talent." — Oprah Winfrey

About the Menopause Education Center

The Menopause Education Center was established in 2020 when our founder Rachel Anne began her own perimenopause journey, looking to the internet for information but finding it overwhelming, confusing, disjointed, and at times simply inaccurate. And what she did find seemed targeted towards a demographic that was older than she felt. She knew she must not be the only one struggling to find accurate, reliable, and organized help for navigating menopause, designed around contemporary women in their 40s and 50s. So she gathered a team of experts, educators, and therapists to create our courses. All of our data is curated from academic sources, business journals, and the latest scientific studies. We’ve conquered the chaos that is the internet, so you don’t have to.

We strive to empower women to become their own best health advocates, but we don’t stop there. We also help the people around them – including their husbands, partners, and employers – to become their biggest supporters. We aim to eliminate the confusion and stigma around this natural life stage by providing comprehensive education about the physical, emotional, psychological, and social changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause.

Our resources and content serve three audiences: women in menopause, their husbands and partners, and their employers. Our class for women, “Managing Menopause,” is full of simple, no-nonsense advice that they didn’t get from their mothers. This course helps women understand what is going on with their bodies, what to do, and how to work with their doctors, partners, and employers to thrive during this inevitable change.

“Mansplaining Menopause” is designed for today’s modern man to understand how to support their partner during this time and avoid losing connection and intimacy.

Our HR course, “Menopause in the Workplace,” guides employers through menopause initiatives to support and retain their top female talent. We also offer a full service HR program with policies written by some of the top HR attorneys in the country. In addition to our courses, menopause education center hosts events with a variety of topics and panels of experts to learn and connect with others. Our mission is to provide education about the menopause journey for everyone and support the women going through it.
