This is an amazing opportunity to affect the quality of life for millions of women. As long as there are women on Earth, there will be menopause.

Our potential customers use this tool below to see the true cost of menopause to their organizations. When they see numbers in the millions, our solutions (priced at $25k and up) become very cost effective and deliver high ROI.

How much is Menopause costing US companies?

This number is so powerful for a company to understand so we made this cool tool to show the real math. When they see this they shift to listening to us for sure. Try it yourself. Type in the number of employees that you think may be in the 40+ age range at any random fortune 500 company. (Or you can do a deep dive into the demographics like we have, so we can target them efficiently.) While Menopause biologically occurs in the born female body, it affects men as well when the women in their lives at home and work are going through it. So include men too in your guesstimate.

Cost Per Employee

A study published by Harvard Medical School in partnership with other academic and professional organizations, established an annual cost per female employee in her menopausal years to be $2,116 USD*. The annualized costs for men who are bringing their personal struggles to work and or are having issues with managing and leading their female co-workers during this time are in the same cost range.

    What People Are Saying

Here’s some feedback so far from our consumers and corporate clients.

My wife and I were struggling at home. Communication was zero. I was clueless on what happened to the woman I married. The men’s class helped understand what she was going through and how to be a better and more supportive partner.

    Nate W.

My husband told me he thought I was losing my mind. I signed him up for Mansplaining Menopause from the Menopause Education Center. I think it saved our marriage.

    Lisa H.

Big thanks to the Menopause Education Center. I went from feeling lost and depressed about menopause to feeling inspired and confident after taking the course.

    Cara U.

Menopause and You – A Complete Guide helped me feel comfortable talking to my doctor and my boss about the distress my symptoms were bringing to my life. Thank you!

    Jennifer H.

We hosted Rachel Anne as a featured speaker for multiple sessions with our Women’s ERG. The feedback on her programs showed the highest interest of anything we did this year. We look forward to expanding our relationship with the Menopause Education Center.
